Power Balance

I wear a bracelet called Power balance, it is supposed to help your balance and your inner strength. A lot of athletes wear them and when I bought it I believed it worked. I use it for everything; I never take it off unless someone wants to wear it. When I do not wear it for hockey I feel weird almost like I am missing something. Just a few months ago a place did scientific studies on it and proved that it is placebo. This does not mean it is fake but it means it works if you believe it works. I still wear mine for that reason because I believe it works.
